He's got the coolest British accent which comes in handy when he creates promo videos of your home to sell it makes it feel like a real HGTV episode. My house sold within 1 hour of being on the market for over asking! Highly recommend!

Born in England, James Silver lived in England and Spain before moving to the Sunshine State. Following his move across the pond, he immersed himself in the world of Real Estate in both a personal and professional capacity. With a reputation, from his background in Hospitality, for placing clients’ needs, goals and objectives at the forefront of every transaction, Michael provides communication, negotiation and management skills in combination with an extensive knowledge of the local neighborhoods and real estate market. These skills, along with a tireless work ethic, turned into an opportunity to branch out on his own and start a team with Compass after many years under other real estate teams. Michael has closed over 150 transactions and is known for his effectiveness throughout the whole transaction process as a counselor, facilitator and liaison – from property search or listing, through market analysis, to negotiations, escrow and closing. 

Michael grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and received his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. After moving to the Tampa Bay area, he was a restaurant/hotel manager before discovering his true passion of Real Estate.
