Kristin fell in love with the sunshine city when she moved here with her husband and real estate partner, James, in 2013.  Born and raised in Wisconsin, Kristin is a proud UW alumni and received her master’s degree from USF-St. Pete (Go Badgers & Bulls!). Kristin has been an active member of the Tampa Bay community as a teacher and staff developer since 2013 and now focuses her community endeavors toward real estate. 

Working alongside, James, the Silvers bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. With a deep understanding of the market, the Silvers have had the honor of representing clients from waterfront properties to downtown condos and first-time buyers to multi-million-dollar investors. By providing clients with an understanding of current market conditions, potential hurdles in the process and what to look for in their next purchase, the Silvers enable their clients to make the best decision for themselves opposed to creating a pressure sales environment.  With a passion for service in St. Pete, Kristin is ready, willing and able to help with your home buying and selling needs.

When Kristin isn’t in the office, you’ll find her pushing a stroller along North Shore Park, at the beach or chasing her son around one of the many St. Pete playgrounds.  The Silvers live in St. Pete with their son Oliver and two pugs.
